At CKF Industrial Contractors, LLC, we take pride in recognizing the hard-earned milestones that shape a tradesperson’s journey. CKF is honored to recognize Braedyn Flores, Micah Lyon, and Andrew Maberry for reaching a major milestone: the successful completion of the Hawaii Regional Carpenters Apprenticeship Program and certification as Journeyman Carpenters and Millwrights.
This wasn’t an easy path—and it wasn’t meant to be.
Over the course of four years, each of these dedicated individuals gave up their Saturdays, committed to full-time work in the field, and stayed the course through hundreds of classroom hours and nearly 8,000 hours of hands-on training. The journey demanded skill, discipline, and perseverance—and they showed up every step of the way.
On June 7, 2025, Braedyn, Micah, and Andrew joined nearly 200 other graduates at the Hawaii Carpenters Apprenticeship & Training Fund (HCATF) campus in Kapolei, where they were officially recognized for completing the rigorous program. The ceremony honored new journeymen across multiple trades, celebrating not only technical mastery but also a deeper commitment to leadership and mentorship in Hawaii’s skilled workforce.
The Journeyman Certificate is more than a piece of paper. It’s a symbol of mastery and responsibility. It means that these individuals are now qualified to lead by example, mentor future apprentices, and help build Hawaii’s future with skill, confidence, and excellence.
As a team, we couldn’t be prouder. This achievement reflects the spirit of CKF—where success is earned through hard work, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to the trade.
Congratulations, Braedyn, Micah, and Andrew. All earned. Nothing given.
